We're more than just a festival

Windsor-Essex Pride Fest (WEPF) is a registered not-for-profit organization in the Province of Ontario. Governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. WEPF brings together members of the Two-Spirit, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, Intersex, Queer, Intersex, and Asexual (2SLGBTQIA+) community, their friends, allies, and supporters in celebration of the unique spirit and culture of our community. We do this by providing advocacy and producing inclusive and safe events, initiatives, and social programs. Windsor-Essex Pride Fest will strengthen the sense of community and contribute to the vibrancy, health, and overall well-being of 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals in Windsor-Essex.

Windsor-Essex Pride Fest’s goal is to empower 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals in Windsor-Essex through our social programs, activities, special events peer-facilitated groups, and workshops. All of this is to facilitate opportunities for connection and belonging to reduce social isolation.

Come Out and Play

The Come OUT & Play Guide has been at the forefront of the Windsor-Essex Two-Spirit, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, Queer, Intersex and Asexual (2SLGBTQIA+) scene for over 10 years. The guide is an important resource for the Windsor-Essex region, from shopping to service organizations, from nightlife to health & wellness, from counselling to spas, from arts/theatre to restaurants, this guide has it all!.

Businesses and organizations listed in this directory have been recommended by those in our 2SLGBTQIA+ community in Windsor-Essex and/or supported the Windsor-Essex Pride Fest programs.
